La femme du pharmacien s'appelle traditionnellement "Madame la
pharmacienne".

La femme d'un mien neveu est pharmacienne et a donc droit au titre de
"Madame le pharmacien".

Mon neveu n'apprécie pas que je l'appelle "Monsieur la pharmacienne".
