Ben non justement, ne parlez de quantit=C3=A9 sans parler des rythmes de pr=

Pour comprendre vous devriez essayer une m=C3=A9thode simple.

A raison d'une consommation d'un litre d'eau par jour, vous allez participe=
z au test suivant :

- Premi=C3=A8re =C3=A9tape vous rester 30 jours sans boire.
- Seconde =C3=A9tape vous buvez 30 litres d'eau en deux jours.

De fait nous serons dans la situation de pouvoir affirmer comme vous le fai=
tes sans arr=C3=AAt, que "vous avez re=C3=A7u toute l'eau dont vous aviez b=
esoin.

Ensuite vous revenez nous voir et on fait le bilan.
