We see that the inclusion of the device is failing.

Could you please provide us with the output of http://deviceip/status 
and http://deviceip/settings?

(On "deviceIP" you have to place the actual IP of the unit. For example, 
if the IP of the device is 192.168.0.100 - you have to write in the 
browser http://192.168.0.100/status and get the output in .txt or json file)
