bof, je pense qu'il y a malheureusement moins de risques en grande 
surface (ou on a le temps de lire les etiquettes) qu'au marché spécial 
touristes ou dans les magasins du même acabit, sans parler des tarifs...

difficile d'etre sur, à part acheter en coopérative (dans les alpes) ou 
chez le producteur, et encore

rien à voir, vu tout a l'heure une endive 900 nickel, on l'aurait cru 
neuve. un conducteur plutot jeune, il a du hériter ça de son 
(grand-)paternel précautionneux
