Le n° du compteur en haut à droite doit apparaître sur la facture.
En bas à gauche c'est bien le débit horaire moyen.
Sur le site eau de Paris on a accès à ce débit mini par jour en litre 
par heure.
On se bat dans notre immeuble avec un mini qui varie de 0-2-8 ou 12 l/h.
