Avec maxima on a (supposant y>=x)

for x from 2 thru 500 do for y from x thru 500 do if x*y > x+y and 
integerp(z:x*y/(x*y-x-y)) then print(x,y,z);

2 3 6
2 4 4
2 6 3
3 3 3
3 6 2
4 4 2

donc si on ordonne x<= y <= z il n'y a que 3 solutions:

1/2+1/3+1/6=1
1/2+1/4+1/4=1
1/3+1/3+1/3=1

Si on laisse l'ordre arbitraire la première donne 6 permutations donc 6 
solutions, la deuxième en donne 3 (le choix de x,y,z valant 2) et la 
dernière en donne juste 1. Ce qui me donne 10 solutions. Reste à prouver
qu'il n'y a pas d'autre solution.
