Il faut revenir un peu en arrière. Chirac et  Hussein, c'est une vieille 
histoire d'amour qui remonte à 74 avec le deal pétrole contre 
nucléaire. 

Mais dès 1980, il commence à y avoir de l'eau dans le gaz :
