Le cas de la Slovaquie est intéressant puisqu'ils ont fait tester toute 
leur population (bonne idée qui n'a pas été appliquée partout hélas)

Après ce n'était pas parfait et il y a quand même eu 20 000 morts donc 
oui, on peut parler de pandémie.
