Le plus fort c'est qu'en moyenne, les vieux véhicules roulent plutôt 
moins que les autres. Il y a des exceptions évidemment, mais en règle 
générale une voiture qui fait ses 30.000km/an dure rarement 20 ans. Donc 
au final les ZFE pénalisent des gens qui en moyenne roulent -et donc 
polluent- moins que les autres
