Bonjour à toutes et tous .
PC Acer aspire3 sous windows 10 .
Mon problème : je suis dans l'impossibilité d'accéder à la fonction démarrer
(pour éteindre le PC) ni aux paramètres pour les mises à jour et sécurité par ex
, ni aux notifications et aux photos sous windows. .
J'obtiens la réponse : explorer.exe , classe non enregistrée .
Une idée du problème , une solution ?
