R=C3=A9cemment, un nouveau voisin a fait construire sur le terrain jouxtant=
 ma propri=C3=A9t=C3=A9, en l=C3=A9ger contrebas.=20

Probl=C3=A8me, il vient de terrasser son all=C3=A9e, et il l'a surrelev=C3=
=A9e par rapport au terrain original : le niveau de la terre est d=C3=A9sor=
mais plus haut que la partie b=C3=A9ton de ma cl=C3=B4ture.=20

La terre est ainsi en appui direct sur les lattes (en bois) de ma cl=C3=B4t=
ure (d=C3=A9j=C3=A0 en bien mauvais =C3=A9tat), et =C3=A0 la premi=C3=A8re =
pluie j'entrevoie d=C3=A9j=C3=A0 la boue couler chez moi.=20

Est-ce l=C3=A9gal d'avoir r=C3=A9alis=C3=A9 son all=C3=A9e plus haut que la=
 base de ma clot=C3=BBre existante ?
