La chaîne ARTE est didactique ?

L'équivalent anglais le plus proche de ARTE serait les chaînes de la BBC 
(<https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer>). Faut avoir un VPN¹ et créer un 
compte, mentir quant à son 'TV Licence', mais c'est faisable. Il n'y a 
pas de pub, et des sous-titres sur toutes les émissions. Il y a une 
bbc.com internationale, mais je n'en sais rien.


¹Un VPN inconnu de la BBC. Les VPN commerciaux sont souvent bloqués, 
semble-t-il. Ils sont perfides, les Anglais.
