  Le choix de la forme verbale après le sujet formel ("ce") semble
  être dans ce cas une erreur fréquemment commise. Il est possible
  que certains le considèrent comme correct. (De nombreux changements
  dans une langue commencent par être des erreurs et sont ensuite
  considérés comme corrects lorsqu'ils deviennent très fréquents.)

  Je l'ai trouvé dans un texte où il reproduit probablement une erreur
  d'un élève, peut-être que l'élève n'était pas de langue maternelle.
