     1. votre signature est valid=C3=A9e
et
     2. votre signature a =C3=A9t=C3=A9 valid=C3=A9e?

Pour moi le premier peut aussi vouloir dire que c'est en cours.
Alors que le deuxi=C3=A8me, c'est un fait accompli.
