Le seuil est à 2 ou 3 fois le patrimoine médian. Comme l'immobilier est 
beaucoup moins cher pour les 80% de Français qui vivent en province, le 
patrimoine médian (comme le revenu médian) ne veut rien dire, et le 
seuil de richesse non plus.
