Je me demande si c'est assez clair ainsi. Peut-être plutôt dire qu'il 
faut créer, s'il n'existe pas, le fichier /etc/tmpfiles.d/inn2.conf et 
qu'il doit contenir la ligne suivante :

Il n'y a pas besoin de tripler les apostrophes quand c'est sur une seule 
ligne (et ce doit aussi être ` pour terminer la commande).
