Promer n'est pas une source fiable sur la langue anglaise. "Bun in the 
oven" est assez courante, tout comme "in the family way", "in the 
pudding club", "up the duff", "preggers", ou (plus grossières) "knocked 
up", "up the spout", etc..

"Pregnant" est usuelle, "expecting" aussi, mais j'ai un faible pour 
"with child", une façon plus gentille de le dire.
