Oui. 'Who' reprend 'I', est donc à la première personne, alors il faut 
que ce soit 'want'.

Cf. 'which' et 'art' dans "Our Father, which art in Heaven...", à la 
deuxième personne.

'Wants' a l'air d'être dit par Gollum - "I wants it!"

Dans les bas milieux, on dit "It's me".
