Quand ça arrive, consulte Moniteur d'activité pour savoir si le Dock est
toujours actif ou s'il a quitté.
S'il est toujours actif, essaye dans Terminal :
killall Dock
(avec la majuscule à Dock) pour voir si ça y fait quelque chose.

com.apple.dock.plist et com.apple.dock.extra.plist dans le dossier
Préférences de ta Bibliothèque ?

NB Je n'ai pas Big Sur donc je ne veux pas m'avancer plus.
