La phrase du refrain n'est pas « Will the kids in America » mais « We're 
the kids in America ».

Pour moi, « We're the kids in America » implique l'idée de « c'est comme 
ça que sont les gamins aux États-Unis ». La traduction proposée « Nous 
sommes les enfants d'Amérique » me semble acceptable, quoique je 
préférerais « Nous sommes les gamins américains/états-uniens ».
