J'étais loin de penser qu'il pouvait exister un accord entre un 
département frontalier et son voisin Suisse afin qu'en France on puisse 
continuer à regarder la RTS par voie hertzienne alors qu'ailleurs en 
Suisse on ferme des émetteurs.
