Since 2.5.1:

This now applies to white-listed pages too.

Controlled by noscript.eraseFloatingElements.

Also in WebExt version from  10.1.7.

Otherwise right-click the nag overlay>Inspect Element; then identify the 
element that encloses the whole of the nag overlay in the Developer 
Tools Inspector pane (the corresponding element is highlighted in the 
page itself) and right-click>Delete Node; then close the Developer Tools.
