Ce n'est pas une transcription phonétique, c'est la prononciation de 
"twos" et "day". Il n'y a pas de [w] dans le mot.

En dépit de ce qu'on en dit, il y a les deux prononciations aux 
États-Unis, mais le plus souvent, et en Iowa nord (moi) et sud 
(l'Iowaboy), l'on dit [tuz·de].
