Ce site, cité dans l'article, a détecté une augmentation nette des
pannes chez les opérateurs xDSL et fibre:

En particulier chez free, cible des attaques, on constate actuellement

   - 12 DSLAMs inaccessibles https://www.free-reseau.fr/

avec pas mal de pannes dans le Grand Est et les Hauts-de-France
