Si je me fie au fonctionnement de Thunderbird, une nouvelle installation 
crée un nouveau profil, vide bien sûr.
Peut-être pourrais-tu essayer de copier ton profil présent dans C:\ à la 
place du profil créé dans F:\ ? (quitte à renommer avant le profil dans 
F:\ pour ne pas l'écraser et pouvoir le récupérer au cas où) ?
