utilisé dans la procédure contient la bonne clé:

 schaefer@reliand:/tmp$ gpg < PGPKEYS  | grep D5F369B297573622015354E7FA423E89970EB10B

donc, quel est le problème?

Cette clé n'existe plus dans la version actuelle de ftp://ftp.isc.org/pub/pgpcontrol/PGPKEYS

chez moi si (tm), mais je n'ai pas fait d'installation de base
récemment selon la procédure.
