Je lis sur internet à propos de Nancy Maginnes (la seconde femme d'H.
Kissinger) :

« Nancy had allegedly grabbed a woman who had insulted her husband at
newark airport by the throat. »

Et je m'interroge. N'aurait-il pas été plus correct d'écrire :

« Nancy had allegedly grabbed by the throat a woman who had insulted her
husband at newark airport. »

Y a-t-il obligation de mettre le complément d'objet (a woman)
immédiatement après le verbe en anglais ou est-ce une maladresse ?

Question subsidiaire : comment les locuteurs natifs prononcent-ils
Maginnes ?
