La production économique à progrès technique constant est 
proportionnelle à la consommation d'énergie. 80% de l'énergie mondiale 
est produite par les hydrocarbures. La combustion des hydrocarbures 
produit du CO2. Le GIEC a réussi a faire voter un traité (en principe 
non contraignant) qui implique donc de réduire la production d'énergie 
de 80%. A côté de cela, les "ONG" font interdire la recherche 
agronomique, tous les intrants de synthèse.
