C'est juste donc que les NoCeM de La Libre Parole ne sont plus désormais
publiés sur fr.usenet.abus.nocem mais uniquement sur un forum local du
serveur dodin?

Si les NoCeM de La Libre Parole ne sont plus diffusés globalement, alors
cela n'a rien à faire dans la nocem-faq.  Mais il se peut qu'après les
tests sur dodin, La Libre Parole souhaite proposer ces NoCeM de manière
publique (fr.usenet.abus.nocem) ou par un autre moyen à d'autres
serveurs.
