Il y a une image sur la page produit amazon indiquant les "fonctions" 
des connexions : 
https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716nr9eDC4L._SL1500_.jpg

C'est le signal qui va permettre à l'optocoupleur d'activer le relais.
