On observe assez couramment qu'il faut une décennie ou deux, au moins, 
pour déployer une technologie naissante. Pour avoir aidé à rafistoler 
deux ou trois fois des tentatives prématurées que leurs créateurs 
n'arrivaient pas à faire fonctionner, je suis arrivé à la conviction que 
les idées généreuses ou altruistes ne remplaçaient pas de solides 
notions d'ingénierie quand un service essentiel est en jeu.
