En fait on peut attendre patiemment la notification honnie et cliquer sur 
l'engrenage, on a alors plusieurs possibilités.

Mais…
- ça ne permet pas de désactiver une notification qui n'est pas encore là
- ça ne permet pas de donner l'autorisation à un site qu'on a révoqué 
auparavant
c'est ça que je voudrais savoir faire.
