Test fait avec mon 2.8/30 Panasonic qui fait du 1:1 en micro 4/3 (donc 
techniquement comme du 2:1 en FF au niveau de l'image finale...):

Visée d'un mur uniformément éclairé. Mise au point manuelle.

* map à l'infini: f2.8 1/250
* map distance mini: f2.8 1/60

2 diaphragmes exactement, donc pile poil ce qui est prévu par la théorie 
pour un grandissement de 1:1. Pas de miracle donc. Tu peux faire le même 
test avec ton objectif qui fait du 2:1.

Pour un grandissement de 2:1 (G=2) il faut un tirage égal à 2 fois la 
focale: T=2F.
La perte de lumière vaut (1+G)^2=9, soit un peu plus de 3 diaphragmes (3 
diaph= facteur 2^3=8).
