Avec linky on peut très bien te limiter du point de vue consommation à
"l'absolument nécessaire" éclairage et frigo par ex. Ça s'appelle le
rationnement. Mes parents ont connu ça pour le pain, la viande le lait etc. Un
"bon vieux temps" retrouvé?
