Puisque cet effet amplificateur vous échappe, prenons en un plus proche 
et plus facile d'accès.
On entend dire que l'augmentation de la fréquence et de l'intensité tant 
des canicules en France est une conséquence directe (quasi-mécanique) du 
réchauffement climatique. Ce réchauffement a été estimé à 1,2 °C en 150 
ans (c'est un chiffre très vraisemblable). Une telle différence 
correspond à l'écart moyen de température entre Paris et Orléans.

Pour autant que je sache, on n'a jamais observé que les canicules et les 
sécheresses fussent dramatiquement plus fréquentes et intenses dans le 
val de Loire qu'en Île de France. Quel est donc le mystérieux facteur 
(amplificateur) qui ferait désormais que +1,2 °C produiraient des effets 
un bon ordre de grandeur plus élevés qu'ils produisent géographiquement 
(longitude) ?
