supposons il met un néon, qui donc s'allume quand la lampe extérieure 
est éteinte.

ne serait-il pas possible de *poser sur le néon* un capteur qui inverse 
l'effet? qui ai une diode éteinte quand l'autre est allumée?

si c'est possible, ensuite on pourra envisager de le miniaturiser
