En gros c'est ça. Il faut regarder les formules mais c'est un truc comme 
ça qui sort.

Le 4/3 a 4 fois plus de pixels par unité de surface et donc ça donne 2 
diaphragmes.

Le capteur de téléphone standard actuel fait environ 6x4mm soit 6 fois 
moins de pixels par unité de longueur, ou 36 fois moins par unité de 
surface. Un facteur 36 c'est grosso modo 2^5 soit 5 diaphragmes.
Un téléphone ouvrant à f2 à la pdc d'un FF de focale équivalente ouvrant 
à f11.
