ça se calcule en 2s, le Rthja d'une telle LED est de l'ordre de grandeur
d'un transistor TO-220, c'est à dire environ 70°C/W

supposons la T ambiante à 20°C

nous avons la T° interne LED, TJ :

TJ = Ta + Rthja x P

= 20°C + 70 x 10 = 720°C

ça pique un peu 720°C dans une LED...
