Les journalistes avaient comparé le blanchiment de Mann par son 
université à celui prononcé (par la même université) contre professeur 
pédophile. Les jurés ont apparemment considéré que la comparaison était 
insultante. L'aspect environnemental du dossier n'a pas été abordé (les 
témoins n'ont pas été entendus).
