c'est un peu plus compliqué que ça. il y a des rapports de force (ex 
envers les fournisseurs), des des distorsions de concurrence ( ententes, 
produits d'appel ), des economies d'echelle ou surcout, la pub, etc.

par ailleurs coté consommateur il y a la distortion d'info, la pub, la 
commodité ( tout au meme endroit accessible en voiture ), etc.
