encore une fois, je n'ai pas d'opinion personnelle sur le sujet ( juste, 
je lis ), et encore moins de solution miracle personnelle ( c'est plutot 
un truc de cranks ).

mais puisque tu as toi-même suggéré une liste de solutions, on pourrait 
imaginer une aide directe ou indirecte à leur mise en place, par exemple.
