dilemme du prisonnier, violence + simple à court terme, etc.

La seule solution pour ces situations serait qu'il existe une régulation 
au niveau au dessus.  Sans qqchose qui ressemble vaguement a un vrai 
gouvernement mondial ( au moins sur certaines question, et avec des 
moyens ), je ne vois pas comment on peut s'en tirer.
