bien vu: dans un boitier interne fixé au plafond, on a 2.5m de gravité 
qui aide. J'y avais jamais pensé.
Ici, le gros tuyau multi-tubes sort du boitier interne au niveau du sol, 
mais arrive sur le bloc externe par le haut.
