Grammaticalement, je crois que c'est faux.

Le français a tant de règles qui servent à préciser le sens d'une phrase 
ou d'une tournure. (le genre, l'accord, le subjonctif, et j'en passe)

En anglais, il y a souvent beaucoup plus d'ambiguïté pour le sens d'un 
énoncé.
