chez moi ça a été le contraire, le logement est passé dans une meilleure 
catégorie. Sans doute pas à cause de la clim qui, pourtant, ancienne, 
n'est pas réversible. chauffage au gaz collectif, chaudière récente, 
nouvelle catégorie C
