Je ne te le fais pas dire.
Il y a des cas où toute tentative pour sauver le patient est vaine.
Ça donne lieu à des cas de conscience cornéliens.

Attention cependant à tes propos ambigus. Il s'agit de personnes qui 
font partie, semble-t-il d'une minorité visible. Il convient d'être très 
prudent dans l'emploi de tout qualificatif dont la signification et le 
contexte pourrait être détournés.
