Yes, I do. I enjoy Shelpheed as both mail- and newsreader.

Very positive: Sylpheed is light, fast, portable, good-looking (one
you hide the icons), configurable, and easy to operate with both
the mouse and the keyboard. I had tried many e-mail clients, but
I have stuck with Sylpheed.

I don't know, which is a good thing, innit?

Hiroyuki has not posted to the mailing list (which I read via NNTP,
via Gmane, via Sylpheed) in quite q wwhile, so I fear Sylpheed may
be an orphaned project.

Bloatware.
