And with Disney, it also has to be on their own terms. Where is the DVD 
release and novelisation for the "final" Indiana Jones movie? Where are 
the DVD releases for most of the Star Wars TV shows? Even if they do 
bother to release a DVD, it's usually a very limited run that quickly 
disappears from stores.   :-(
