J'ai l'impression que cette commande est difficile à gérer suivant les
systèmes (ou les shell).
Dans le man Apple, l'option -e n'est précisée.
Mais je l'ai trouvée sur <https://ss64.com/osx/echo.html> et je n'y
comprends pas grand chose.
