Tu peux essayer ceci qui marchait "dans le temps" :
- tu ouvres Terminal.app
- tu entres la commande :
     sudo trimforce enable
- tu entres ton MdP administrateur à l'aveugle
- tu tapes ensuite Y puis Entrée
- tu dois redémarrer normalement.
